Day 1 of the story

Day 1:

I was on the job today!

  • Woke up late, around 1 PM, need to change this. 
  • Weight ~87.5 kg
  • Had 2 bowls of Dal in the evening followed by a small cup of tea
  • Walked about 8 km today (to the Shani temple in Dahisar and back)
  • Had a chilled glass of Nestea and then 3 hot bowls of thick Dal
  • Got an idea for a book. The real story from 2013 onwards, something great can be made of it
  • Did 49 pushups! (4+6+6+5+5+11+12) Around 15 from the sofa
Did not eat anything solid, save the small piece of coconut prasad at the temple, but am not particularly hungry. The Dal diet might be something useful

Goal for tomorrow:
  • Walk for about 10km 
  • Cross the 50 pushups mark.
  • Beat the 12 mark in a single set.
  • Eat sensibly, if at all. Try the Dal diet again but dont push it

Day 0: I have decided to become a member of the six pack clan.

I am 5 feet and 10 inches tall and have lost 27 kilos in the calendar year. Moving from Obesity Class 2 at 115kg to Overweight at 88kg.

I am taking it to the next level!

My goal is to weigh 75kg and develop six pack abs. The purpose is to experience the thrill of attaining a challenging goal.
